Introduction:

The hardness of cemented carbide roll is 4 times higher than that of high speed steel at 700 ℃, and the elastic modulus, compressive strength, bending strength and thermal conductivity of cemented carbide roll are more than 1 times higher than that of tool steel. Because of the high thermal conductivity of the cemented carbide roll, the heat dissipation effect is good, the time of the roll surface at high temperature is short, so the high temperature reaction time of the roll with the harmful impurities in the cooling water is short. Therefore, cemented carbide roller is more resistant to corrosion and thermal fatigue than tool steel roller.
