Bubble free vacuum oiling machine is a kind of oil replenishing device which adjusts the oil level of current transformer and voltage transformer (CT, PT) widely used in power system due to periodic oil sample detection, regular oil sample and annual temperature drop.

This machine solves the problems of air adsorption in CT and Pt coils or false oil level caused by residual air in CT and Pt coils caused by manual piston type tamping pump, nitrogen pressure, proper lifting of expander at the top of CT and Pt, and direct manual oil supplement. The machine has the advantages of small volume, reliable performance and convenient operation, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and difficulty and ensures the safe operation of the equipment.

Non bubble vacuum oiling machine is widely used for proper oiling of CT and Pt in various power plants and substations and vacuum pumping of other containers.

The mini oil dispenser is only limited to small volume vacuum treatment, and the total filling volume of vacuum oil in the vacuum pump is 300cc; the vacuum pump should supplement or replace the vacuum oil according to the service time, and generally replace it once every 250-300 hours; if the vacuum oil in the vacuum pump is emulsified, it needs to be replaced with new oil. When pumping gas with steam, the oil change time should be shortened according to the situation.

The oil pump must be full of oil.
