The machine is composed of gear pump, filter, return valve, liquid discharge nozzle, filter bed (including pressure gauge, filter plate, filter frame, filter paper and oil pan), front support, rear support, chassis, pull rod, coupling and motor. The filter plate and filter frame alternately form each independent filter chamber, and the filter paper is clamped between the filter plate and filter frame. The filtered oil is inhaled from the oil inlet hole of the filter, and then enters the gear pump after removing large impurities through the filter. The motor drives the gear pump to rotate through the coupling to make the oil flow into the filter bed hydraulically and filter the impurities in the oil through the oil filter paper. Due to the capillary action of oil filter paper, the residual water in oil can be absorbed.

The function of the return valve is to control the pressure of the pipeline system. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve can be opened to reduce the pressure, so that the oil will circulate in the pump itself and the oil pressure will not rise, so as to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The oil return valve draws the residual oil in the oil pan into the filter by virtue of the vacuum effect of the oil inlet of the gear pump. The drain nozzle is used for extracting oil sample.
