Fire Resistant Oil Purifier

The fire-resistant oil filter is used to purify and regenerate the fire-resistant hydraulic oil in the speed control system of large and medium-sized thermal power generating units above 30kW. This machine fully considers the characteristics of phosphate ester, adopts all stainless steel material and special sealing material, ensures good adaptability between material and phosphate ester, no leakage, automatic control, low temperature online operation, pure physical purification, and will not bring secondary pollution to oil products.

The dehydration and degassing technologies such as reverse sedimentation, aggregation separation, vacuum desorption, vacuum retention and flash evaporation can not only effectively and rapidly remove free water and gas in oil, but also deeply remove dissolved water and gas in oil.

The stepwise filter element made of new composite material can remove a large number of impurities in oil and realize precision filtration.

The application of new adsorption materials can effectively adsorb the colloidal substances in the oil and degrade the acid value of the oil.

It is made of anti acid and anti dissolving stainless steel material, filter element and seal are made of non dissolving material with fire-resistant oil. It is beautiful, easy to operate, low noise and long service life.
