Turbine Oil Purifier

It is used in thermal power, hydroelectric generating units, nuclear power plants, industrial steam turbine units and other enterprises using turbine oil. The oil in operation can be purified in time before it is deteriorated, and the oil that has been steaming, leaking, aging, containing acid, bubbling and emulsifying can also be purified. It can quickly and efficiently remove water, gas and impurities in oil.

Demulsification can be achieved by using magnetic polymer materials without any additives.

The primary filter is made of imported stainless steel sheet mesh, which can be repeatedly cleaned and used, greatly reducing the operation cost of the equipment; the fine filter is made of polymer mesh imported from the United States, which has high precision and can effectively remove the fine particles and impurities in the oil. Corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good mechanical strength, high impurity removal precision, long service life.

The heating system adopts Zui optimized pipeline design to ensure no dead oil area and automatic dry burning prevention.
